Oceanna is a 2021-introduced and all around-character. She is a student at Mermaid High, and a main character in the Animated Series. Her favorite food is Fin-n-Out, & her "Mer-Style" is Sporty chic.[1]She debuted in the Series 1 doll lineup.
Oceanna joined the Mermaid High surf team and now she and Catalina are co-captains.

Physical Appearance[]
Oceanna is African-American and a brown-shaded skin tone. Her eye color is brown, and long wavy blue hair, stylized half-up, half-down braided. She has long eyelashes and minimal makeup.
Outfit[]
Oceanna has athletic fashion style; As a human, she wears a colorful long-sleeved crop top and colorful sport skirt, and colorful sneakers.
As a mermaid, She wears the same top for her mermaid look, but her tail is a colorful pink, blue, and yellow.
Personality[]
She is a nice and outgoing person, but can get bothered sometimes. She doesn't like when people break rules or do something they shouldn't. Oceanna has always dreamed of surfing, and was able to achieve this by attending Mermaid High.

- Oceanna's mer-power is super speed.
- A Deep Dive Activity Oceanna's Mermaid Popcorn was created to correspond with her signature colors.
- Oceanna and her Series 1 friends all won a lottery at their Mer-school, a kind of foreign exchange program, so they could live on land and go to Mermaid High[2].
